pgw-gsn-get schooled-word slam-miami-stagePromotions Group West created the Get Schooled ‘Word Slam!’ Tour for GSN, the Game Show Network, as a mobile tour traveling to top markets across America. The mobile tour featured an elaborate live game show set-up complete with a stage, podiums, a scoring system, and live hosts like former American Idol finalist Kimberley Locke.  In each city the live game show was held at high-traffic consumer locations such as malls. PGW promoted the tour by targeting local high schools & colleges and inviting their students to participate in the game show for a chance to win grand prizes. The Get Schooled Tour was repeated for multiple seasons for millions of total impressions.

PGW also coordinated brand partnerships with Bank of America and Comcast cable affiliates also had a presence to increase consumer awareness and provide brand information to event attendees. Promotion managed by PGW and CEO Russ Jones.
